Upscale Copy provides freelance direct response copywriting services, including but not limited to advertorials, sales pages, video sales letter scripts, ad copy, email sequences, and conversion rate optimization audits. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are agreed upon before work begins.
Results referenced on this website are based on past client engagements and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, market conditions, ad spend, targeting, and overall business operations.
Each project begins with a strategy call to discuss your needs, followed by a written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after both parties agree to the proposal terms and any required deposit has been received.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery of the final copy. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via the methods specified in the project proposal.
Upon full payment, all rights to the deliverables transfer to the client. Until full payment is received, Upscale Copy retains all rights to the work product.
Upscale Copy reserves the right to use anonymized versions of completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. No confidential business information, brand names, or proprietary data will be disclosed without written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, financial information, and any other materials marked as confidential or that a reasonable person would consider confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, and marketing claims comply with all applicable laws and regulations. While Upscale Copy writes with compliance awareness, the client bears ultimate responsibility for the legal and regulatory compliance of their offers, products, and how the copy is used.
Upscale Copy's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. Upscale Copy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, regardless of the cause of action.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Upscale Copy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the deliverables, the client's products or services, or any breach of these terms by the client.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination. If Upscale Copy terminates, any unused deposit will be refunded proportionally based on work completed.
You may use upscalecopy.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the site's content without written permission. All content on this site, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of Upscale Copy unless otherwise noted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or engagement of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
